ACCOMODATION AND TRANSPORT
Nestled into lush tropical gardens on a hill side above Santa Teresa, the magical Hotel Horizon awaits you! Facing the pacific ocean, you can hear, smell and feel the presence of the ocean from dusk until dawn. The yoga deck, villa balcony and pool area are the perfect places to marvel at the spectacular ocean sunsets.
The hotel is comprised of private cabins and villas. Each villa has two bedrooms with each a queen bed. Each cabin has one bedroom with queen bed. Cabins and villas have fully equipped kitchens.
The beach is a short 5 minute walk from the hotel, as well as many restaurants and grocery stores. Renting a car is not necessary.
TRANSPORT
From SAN JOSÉ airport there are two ways to get to Santa Teresa.
The easiest way is to book a domestic flight on SANSA airline from SAN JOSÉ to COBANO airport. The flight to COBANO is about 30 minutes. From COBANO you can take a HORIZON HOTEL shuttle for about 10$ per person. Please let us know if you would like to request a hotel shuttle.
If you wish to rent a car while you are on the retreat you may enjoy the scenic route from SAN JOSÉ airport to Santa Teresa, which involves a 90 minute ferry ride and about a 5 hour drive.
