
Every class is 60 minutes and can be booked with any of our class packages.
The price for one class is $45, but with a package, it’s as low as $25!
BOOTCAMP
Don’t let the word bootcamp scare you! This class is a systematic work out with fun music and high intensity circuits where all movements are easy enough for anybody to achieve.
The class has five sections:
Warm-up with mobility exercices (to get the cobwebs out of your joints!).
Balance exercices to activate your connection to your center of gravity.
Cardio training to raise the core temperature of your body (Jane Fonda style!).
Functional training using elastic bands, kettle bells, exercice balls, pilates rollers, hand weights, ankle weights, trampolines and skipping ropes.
Cool down with some gentle stretching, breathing and relaxation.
The bootcamp group energy will inspire you to kick your own ass and leave you feeling a sweaty sense of accomplishment at the end.
MOBILITY FLOW
We all love that amazing feeling when we are flowing with life and everything feels aligned with our energy. This is how we move together in mobility flow class.
The class has five sections:
Gentle spinal mobility exercises
Challenging PIlates core activation and stretching movements
Foundational standing pose including balancing poses
Challenging flowing body weight sequences inspired by animal movements
Melt method rolling and guided relaxation
Wether you have been a mover for years or this is your first time, there is something amazing for you to discover in this class! With small groups and many tools provided at your disposal, your highly skilled teacher will help you stay safe in your practice and get just the right amount of challenge for your level.
REFORMER PILATES - ALL LEVELS
ALL LEVELS class is a welcoming and adaptable Pilates workout designed for individuals of all fitness levels, utilizing the Reformer machine to build strength, flexibility, and core stability through a variety of exercises that can be modified to suit each participant's abilities, allowing beginners to learn the basics while more advanced students can deepen their practice with added challenges.
No prior Pilates experience necessary, modifications will be provided to cater to different fitness levels.
Class will primarily utilize the Pilates Reformer for a diverse range of exercises targeting various muscle groups.
Focus on engaging the core muscles throughout the workout for improved stability and posture.
Attention to breath and body awareness to enhance the mind-body connection.
REFORMER PILATES - LEVEL 1
LEVEL 1 class is suitable for everyone, from novice clients gaining confidence on the Reformer to experienced clients who would like a more grounded workout. This program will teach you the foundational movements in supine, sitting, side lying, and 4 point kneeling. Improvements on your balance, strength, stretch and mobilization are guaranteed!
This is a slower paced class, allowing for more time for detailed instruction as well as time to transition between exercises and body positions.
Props are also utilized during class to target and engage more muscle groups.
The class ends with a five minute cool down with some gentle stretching, breathing and relaxation.
It is recommended to attends a minimum of 6 level 1 classes before advancing to level 2.
REFORMER PILATES - LEVEL 2
LEVEL 2 class builds upon beginner fundamentals by introducing more complex variations and intermediate level exercises. The focus is on increased strength, stamina, coordination. Learning deeper muscle engagement through advanced movements while maintaining proper form, often incorporating longer sets and utilizing additional props to challenge the body further.
This faster paced class assumes a foundational understanding of basic Reformer exercises and incorporates more challenging variations, including longer holds, higher repetitions, and increased resistance.
New exercises that involve greater range of motion, more dynamic transitions, and intricate sequencing are introduced.
While pushing the body further, emphasis remains on maintaining proper alignment and controlled execution of movements.
This level is appropriate for individuals who are comfortable with basic Reformer exercises and are looking to progress to a more challenging workout
REFORMER PILATES - LEVEL 3
LEVEL 3 class is for physically fit people who have mastered level 2 and enjoy a great challenge. This fast paced class is comprised of rhythm and dynamic movements and flow through transitions. In order to attend a level 3 class you must:
Be able to navigate safely with fewer points of contact (e.g., kneeling bird dog on the reformer).
Not afraid of learning inversions, and learning more complex rotational and side-bending exercises.
Have a working knowledge of exercise names, choreography, equipment set-up, personal modifications, and transitions to flow through the workout with minimal interruption.
Can flow through a workout with control and efficiency.
Can adjust quickly to variations or additions as cued by teacher.
Can activate muscles on cue with minimal compensations and find nuanced adjustments in exercises.
