Weekly group classes

Each class is 60 minutes and costs 25$
( or as low as 14$ when you buy a class package! )

Bootcamp

Don’t let the word bootcamp scare you! This class is a systematic work out with fun music and high intensity circuits where all movements are easy enough for anybody to achieve.

The class has five sections:

  • Warm-up with mobility exercices (to get the cobwebs out of your joints!).

  • Balance exercices to activate your connection to your center of gravity.

  • Cardio training to raise the core temperature of your body (Jane Fonda style!).

  • Functional training using elastic bands, kettle bells, exercice balls, pilates rollers, hand weights, ankle weights, trampolines and skipping ropes.

  • Cool down with some gentle stretching, breathing and relaxation.

The bootcamp group energy will inspire you to kick your own ass and leave you feeling a sweaty sense of accomplishment at the end.

Yoga Flow

We all love that amazing feeling when we are flowing with life and everything feels aligned with our energy. This is how we move together in yoga flow class.

The class has five sections:

  • Breathwork

  • Gentle supine core activation and stretching

  • Foundational standing pose including balancing poses

  • Challenging flowing vinyasa

  • Yin poses and guided relaxation

Wether you have been a yogi for years or this is your first time, there is something amazing for you to discover in this class! With small groups and many yoga tools at your disposal your highly skilled teacher will help you stay safe in your practice and get just the right amount of challenge for your level.

Mat Pilates Burn

It is true, when it burns there is no denying that your muscles are getting stronger! This high intensity mat Pilates class is designed to strengthen your core and your stabilizers to make sure you can enjoy all your favorite activities without causing wear and tear on your joints. There is a great variety of floor exercises we explore during this class, all to the sound of upbeat motivating music in this class by using tools such as:

  • Stability balls

  • Hip width resistance bands

  • Bars with long resistance bands

  • Small Pilates balls

  • Foam rollers

If you like working hard, feeling a pump, sweating and challenging yourself, this class is for you! Every class ends with a five minute cool down and guided gentle rolling with soft foam rollers.
